Two things that keep us stuck and fearful

What continues to trouble him is not what happens, but a fear that he won’t be able to deal with it.

It is not a lack of resources that causes us to be stuck in a state of helplessness, overwhelm and non-progress.

Quite often it is a lack of TRUST – in ourselves, in the process of change, and in the Divine Design.

When trust has not yet taken root, a simple question from a well-meaning family member – “Why do you want to do this (risky thing)?” – is enough to derail our momentum and make us doubt our decision.

What if I am not big enough, strong enough, or smart enough to take on this challenge?

What if I cannot find a solution or way forward despite my best efforts?

What if following this path causes me to lose money, relationships, reputation, time, and better opportunities?

The ally of trust is SURRENDER.

This requires acknowledging certain uncomfortable yet liberating truths:

We never had any control anyway.

Certainty is artificial, because Life and Nature are designed for constant change and growth.

Everything moves in cycles, and all problems have an expiry date.

The day we begin to Trust and Surrender is the day we truly begin to transform.
