A gentle, trauma-informed pathway to deeper emotional healing and inner safety.
Some women come to coaching knowing exactly what they want to work on.
Others arrive with a quiet, persistent knowing:
- “There’s something deeper going on.”
- “I understand the logic… but my body still reacts.”
- “I’ve done the mindset work, but the old patterns keep returning.”
If this resonates, Root-Cause Therapy (RCT) may be the deeper layer of support you’ve been searching for.
RCT is available as a standalone service or alongside coaching — offering a safe, guided space to work through the emotional roots of patterns that keep you stuck, silent, or small.
What Is Root-Cause Therapy?
Root-Cause Therapy is a trauma-informed healing modality that helps you access, process, and release the unresolved emotional imprints stored in the body. It gently supports you to explore the experiences, beliefs, and internalised expectations that shaped you — without reliving trauma, retraumatizing yourself, or becoming overwhelmed.
This is not talk therapy.
This is not cognitive reframing.
This is deeper work — done with safety, slowness, and compassion.
How the Process Works
My approach to RCT is trauma-informed, slow, and body-aware.
Every session happens in a grounded, emotionally safe space where:
- Your nervous system is prioritised
- You choose the pace and depth
- You are guided with care, not pushed
- You remain resourced, supported, and in control
- You never have to relive painful memories
- We notice and observe without judgment
Together, we explore the subconscious patterns behind your reactions, beliefs, emotions, and triggers, and gently release what is ready to shift.
What You May Experience After RCT
- Increased inner calm and emotional stability
- More confident, grounded communication
- Stronger boundaries — without guilt
- Relief from deep-rooted fears or tension
- More access to joy, self-expression, playfulness, and creativity
- The ability to take up space without bracing for judgment
- A softer, kinder relationship with themselves
- A deep sense of safety in their own body
It becomes easier to be visible, speak up, and lead — because you’re no longer fighting old wounds every time you try.
Is This Work Right for You?
- You’ve done “all the right things” but something deeper still holds you back
- You sense your body is still protecting you from old wounds
- You’re tired of patterns that don’t match who you are now
- You want to feel safe, strong, and grounded from the inside out
- You want change that lasts — not temporary mindset shifts
If you’re ready for deeper transformation that honours your introverted nature and restores your inner safety, I’m here to support you with gentleness and care.
RCT as a Standalone or Combined Service
You can experience Root-Cause Therapy:
On Its Own
For women who want to heal emotional wounds that have deep and old roots, shift patterns, and reconnect with their inner safety.
Together With Coaching
For women who want both inner healing and practical visibility and leadership support. This combination is especially powerful for introverted women navigating visibility, leadership, or identity growth.
When RCT Is Helpful
Root-Cause Therapy is ideal if you’re experiencing patterns such as:
- A lifelong fear of speaking up or being seen
- Anxiety or freeze responses when under pressure
- Feeling responsible for everyone else’s emotions
- People-pleasing shaped by parental and/or cultural expectations
- Cultural conditioning around obedience, achievement, or perfection
- Internal conflict between who you are now vs. who you are expected to be
- The “Good Girl” identity: polite, accommodating, self-sacrificing, invisible
- Emotional shutdown, numbness, or difficulty identifying and expressing needs
- Recurring self-doubt despite years of personal development and external accomplishment
For introverted women, especially those raised to be “good,” “quiet,” or “successful,” these patterns often run deeper than mindset work alone can reach.
RCT allows you to meet them at the root.
